Asexual Pride adopt for RiftSeaWing
His name is Worldwide (You can change it and the gender). He's a NightWing with Vitiligo (A disorder where your skin loses or lacks patches of pigments). Not sure how it would work on a dragon with their scales, but I tried '='
The spots are white colouring at 65% opacity. Edit whatever you like about the design (I suggest simplifying the patterns a lot). His only real physical feature aside from his markings is that the top of his snout is more rounded (Sort of what's called a 'Russian snout' in dogs.) He also lacks little silver scales along his body.
He's a prophet, but not a mind reader As a career, he makes maps and charts stars for oversea travel.
